The Interreligious Choir of Peru, directed by Jaime Bazán and José Quezada Macchiavello, provided the music for the event. Made up of members of different faith communities, the choir’s performance is a prime example of the gathering’s emphasis on dialogue, fraternity and hope.

Since its launch, “We Pray for Peru” has grown into one of the country’s leading interfaith events, bringing together religious communities to promote peace, reconciliation and cooperation.

Organizers said the initiative continues to strengthen dialogue among faith groups while fostering understanding, peaceful coexistence and a shared commitment to the well-being of Peru.
