Face to Face Broadcast Features ‘Studio C’ Cast

Mormon youth are being encouraged to submit their questions for the upcoming Face to Face broadcast hosted by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Wednesday, October 19, 2016. The guests for the live event are all 10 cast members of BYUtv’s comedy show “Studio C.” The performers, who are all members of the Church, include Whitney Call, Mallory Everton, Jason Gray, Matt Meese, Adam Berg, Stacey Harkey, Natalie Madsen, Stephen Meek, James Perry and Jeremy Warner.

Cast member Natalie Madsen said, “It’s so hard for us to frequently get out of Utah and do what we really want: meet and talk with friends and fans everywhere. Face to Face is allowing us to do that virtually, and we couldn’t be more excited.”

Two teen hosts will lead the discussion on the worldwide broadcast, which will be available on the LDS Youth YouTube channel beginning at 6:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time.

“We love doing live events — especially live broadcasts,” said cast member Stacey Harkey. “We’ve done several on our Studio C YouTube channel, but it’ll be a first for us to do one on a Church channel or platform. That’s new territory for us. We’re kind of like lame pioneers in that sense.”

The group’s YouTube channel has more than 565 million total views and more than 1 million subscribers.

“I think the teen years are hard — and harder today than when we were their age. For me it’s just a chance to connect with the youth and give advice and share experiences that might increase the odds that they make it through this phase of life in the best shape possible,” added cast member Jason Gray.

The audience can join the Face to Face conversation on the Church’s Youth Activities website, the LDS Youth YouTube channel and the LDS Youth Facebook page. Participants are encouraged to use the hashtag #LDSface2face to join the conversation on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
