Fort Lauderdale Temple Named Best Cultural/Worship Project by Top Southeast Contractors

Engineering News-Record (ENR) announced that the Fort Lauderdale Florida Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the best cultural/worship construction project in the Southeast. This is the 14th year for ENR Southeast's annual project excellence program, which recognizes the best construction and design achievements in the four-state region of Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas. The Church dedicated the temple on 4 May 2014.

Top contractors in the region submitted the projects to judges who recognized 44 projects in 19 different categories.

The temple and other projects will be highlighted in the upcoming November issue of ENR Southeast and will be recognized at a luncheon on 11 November in Orlando, Florida.
