Philippines: TVs Enhance Learning Experiences for Elementary School
The Church donated four televisions to Maa Central Elementary School in Davao City, Philippines, on Monday, April 13, 2026. The TVs had previously been used during the Davao Philippines Temple public open house, which took place from March 26 to April 10, 2026.
The TVs will support the school’s audiovisual instruction and enhance students’ classroom learning experiences.

Following the flooding caused by Tropical Cyclone Vaianu, members of the Church from Lautoka, Fiji, came together to support and serve the community.
Young single adults and missionaries from the local congregation organized a clean-up day on Thursday, April 9, 2026. Using tools and supplies from local emergency response resources, volunteers cleared debris to help reopen the Lautoka school for Special Education, which supports children with disabilities.
“We are grateful for the opportunity to serve and support our community at this important time,” said President Adrian Yee, president of the Fiji Lautoka Stake. “Our members and missionaries are eager to help, especially when it means enabling children to return safely to school.”

On Friday, April 3, 2026, the Church of Jesus Christ turned over a new Early Childhood Education (ECE) facility to Bong County, Liberia. The facility includes ramp access for disabled children, six modern classrooms, a solar power system, child-friendly sanitation and clean water access.
“This is a sanctuary where curiosity will be nurtured, dreams will be encouraged, and minds will be built,” said Thomas Momo Parker, deputy minister for planning, research and development at Liberia’s Ministry of Education. “When we invest in the earliest years of children, we shape their capacity to become responsible, compassionate, and innovative thinkers.”

Mexico: Donation Improves Homes in Baja
A donation from the Church made on Monday, March 23, 2026, improved the living conditions of 300 children across nine foster homes in Tijuana, Ensenada and Rosarito, Baja California. This was a first-time donation to A Child’s Hope Foundation, a nonprofit organization.
The Church provided the installation of beds and bunk beds, kitchen ventilation, basic household materials, perimeter fencing, improvements to refrigerator chambers, and roof and patio adaptations.

The Church of Jesus Christ joined local faith groups at the Manila Golden Mosque and Cultural Center in Manila, Philippines, on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, for a Ramadan outreach that emphasized unity among different religious communities. Bread donated by the Church was distributed to members of the local Muslim community.
“Giving is one of the advocacies of Ramadan,” said Muhammad Erzad Malli, Al-Hajj administrator of the mosque. “It is one of the commandments of God: to share with others. The prophet says, ‘You give before you receive.’”

Taiwan: Interfaith Service Improves Living Conditions for Elderly
The Church and the Chung-Hua Enthusiastic Development Association worked together on Monday, March 16, 2026, to improve the living conditions of elderly residents in the Sanzhi District of New Taipei City, Taiwan.
Volunteers repaired uneven road surfaces and improved access around the residents’ homes by installing permeable bricks and cement.

Peru: Blood Donation Campaigns Strengthen Community Health
On Saturday, March 7, and Saturday, March 14, 2026, blood donation campaigns were held in Huaraz and Carabayllo, Lima, Peru, with support from the Church. The events aimed to improve access to lifesaving blood for emergencies, surgeries and other medical needs.
Volunteers said each donation can help up to three people in need of transfusions.

Mongolia: Donation Improves Education Institutions
With donations and support from the Church of Jesus Christ, the international charitable organization Deseret donated appliances to schools in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, on Friday, March 13, 2026.
