2022 Churchwide Broadcast Events

Following is the schedule of the 2022 Churchwide broadcast events for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

These events are meant to provide inspiration and instruction to help individuals and families come closer to Jesus Christ.

Church members and leaders are encouraged to use this schedule as you plan for the upcoming year. Please continue to follow local and First Presidency guidelines regarding gathering during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Information regarding whether an event will be virtual only, broadcast times, languages and viewing times will be shared before each broadcast at Letters.ChurchofJesusChrist.org several weeks before an event. For general help with satellite equipment and broadcast streaming, see mhtech.ChurchofJesusChrist.org.

An event notice for each of the following events will be published on Events.ChurchofJesusChrist.org in English, with links to the language versions included in each article (as applicable). Details will be added as the date of an event gets closer. Events will also appear in members’ ward and stake calendars at Calendar.ChurchofJesusChrist.org and in the Member Tools app.

January 9: Area devotional for young adults (streaming in six areas)

February 19: Friend to Friend broadcast for children, 10 a.m. MST

March 3–5: RootsTech family history conference

March 3: Temple and Family History Leadership Instruction

March 5: RootsTech Family Discovery Day

*March 9: Face to Face for youth, 6 p.m. mountain standard time (MST)

April 2–3: General conference

*April 10: “He Is Risen,” A Sacred Easter Celebration with The Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square

May 15: Worldwide devotional for young adults

*June 4: Strive to Be Concert, Trust in the Lord (English-only), at 7 p.m. mountain daylight time (MDT) — New

*June 12: Teaching in the Savior’s Way broadcast with Elder Dieter F. Uchtdorf

June 25: Sharing the Gospel broadcast

July 16: Pioneer Day commemoration concert Love Thy Neighbor

*July 30: Friend to Friend broadcast for children, 10 a.m. MDT — New Date

*August 21: Worldwide event for parents, 5 p.m. MDT — Cancelled

September 11: Worldwide devotional for young adults with Elder and Sister Renlund

October 1–2: General Conference

November 5: Friend to Friend broadcast for children, 10 a.m. MDT

November 19: Luz de Las Naciones broadcast, 12 a.m. MST

November 25: “The Promise of Christmas” Virtual Concert

December 4: First Presidency Christmas devotional
