President M. Russell Ballard, Acting President of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, will be the featured speaker. Elder Paul N. Clayton, an Area Seventy, will conduct the meeting. The Utah Area Presidency and various Church education leaders will also attend.

Sponsored by the Utah Area Presidency, the devotional will be conducted in Spanish, with simultaneous English and Portuguese translation.

The devotional is for Latino youth ages 15 to 18 years old, their parents, and a leader from each ward or branch. Messages will focus on how continuing education beyond high school provides more blessings and prepares Latter-day Saint youth for service to their families and communities.

A ticket is required for entrance. Tickets will be mailed to bishops and branch presidents in the Utah Area, who will distribute them. Free parking will be available beneath the Conference Center.

Local unit leaders have been given the streaming link for those who, due to distance, are not able to travel to the Tabernacle.
