The October 2023 general conference of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will be Saturday, September 30, and Sunday, October 1.

The global conference is broadcast twice a year in more than 70 languages. The October conference will include five sessions — morning, afternoon and evening sessions on Saturday, and morning and afternoon sessions on Sunday.

How to Prepare

One way to prepare for conference is to re-read or listen to the talks from the April 2023 general conference in order, one talk per day. The April conference included 33 talks over five sessions, so to finish by Saturday, September 30, start August 29.

How to Get Tickets

Those who live in the United States or Canada may ask their local stake leaders about tickets to attend a session at the Conference Center in Salt Lake City. Most stakes have tickets for distribution.

Those who live outside of the United States or Canada need to ask their stake or district president to submit a request for tickets on their behalf.

Attendance in the Conference Center will be limited due to the ongoing due to the renovation efforts on the Salt Lake Temple and Temple Square, and no standby seating will be available.

How to Watch

All conference sessions will be streamed live on the live broadcasts page of ChurchofJesusChrist.org in more than 70 languages, as well as on the General Conference YouTube channel; Gospel Library app; and other radio, television, satellite and digital channels.

New this conference is Gospel Stream, the official app for all broadcasts from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Decisions about gathering to watch conference sessions in local meetinghouses are being left to local leaders.
