H. David Burton, Presiding Bishop of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, met on April 11 with the Salt Lake City Council to reaffirm the Church’s commitment to the redevelopment of downtown Salt Lake City.
Bishop Burton told council members that the Church was moving forward on the project "with vigor and with optimism" in hopes of making "something that is a tremendous community asset."
