Updated chart of Apostles, General Authorities and General Officers of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints reflects changes effective since August 1, 2023.

Changes to the leadership of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints since April 2023 general conference are reflected in an up-to-date chart of general authorities and general officers, available to view or download.

Elder Alexander Dushku was called during August as a General Authority Seventy and will be sustained during October 2023 general conference.

Three General Authority Seventies who turn 70 years old this year received emeritus status effective August 1: Elder Benjamín De Hoyos, Elder Juan A. Uceda and Elder Kazuhiko Yamashita.

The new Young Women General Presidency began serving August 1: President Emily Belle Freeman; Sister Tamara W. Runia, First Counselor; and Sister Andrea Muñoz Spannaus, Second Counselor.

New Area Seventies

The First Presidency sustained two new Area Seventies and released two others during general conference leadership meetings on Thursday, September 28:

Elder Rogério Boschi and Elder Kirt L. Hodges were called and Elder Youngjoon Kwon and Elder Henry J. Eyring were released.
