Toward the end of 2022, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints published a Gospel Language Symbols library. To date, the library has more than 50 images.
These symbols (more of which are being added quarterly) are especially useful for those who are non-speakers. They can also benefit any Latter-day Saint who wants to use a visual image to represent a word or phrase connected to Jesus and His teachings.
Gospel Language Symbols are found in the Gospel Library app and online in the Life Help section of the Church website.
The Church of Jesus Christ offers other resources to help people with disabilities. For example, the video series “Teaching Strategies for Children with Disabilities” helps parents and teachers apply effective teaching techniques.
