Rendering of Meridian Idaho
Mormon Temple Now Public

The artist rendering of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints’ Meridian Idaho Temple is now public. The temple will be located at 7345 North Linder Road, a few blocks north of the intersection of North Linder Road and Chinden Blvd. The rendering and the site plan have been submitted to Ada County for approval.

The Meridian Temple was announced at the Church’s April 2011 general conference. The Church now has 170 temples in operation, announced or under construction across the globe. The Meridian Idaho Temple is the fifth in Idaho, with other temples in Boise, Twin Falls, Idaho Falls and Rexburg.

Latter-day Saint temples are beautiful buildings with meticulous landscaping. Everything about the architecture is designed to honor God and complement the local community.
