Seminaries and Institutes of Religion (S&I) of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has launched a new online Help Center that provides 24/7 self-service support to S&I instructors, Church leaders and students. The platform includes two key self-service features: a knowledge library and a community forum.

This new tool is currently available in English only but will be available in the following languages in early 2025: French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Traditional Chinese, and Tagalog.

Knowledge Library

The Help Center’s knowledge library greatly streamlines the process for teachers to find solutions to their problems. Users have quick access to information about S&I administration and operations, resources for tools and applications, and answers to frequently asked questions.

“Whether you’re looking for graduation requirements, guides on using WISE and PowerBI, lesson ideas, teaching resources, or just want to share something inspiring from your class, we hope the Help Center makes your job easier and helps you feel supported every step of the way,” said Corey Dabb, an S&I product manager.

Other guides help students and guardians register for classes, navigate the myInstitute platform, and find the S&I program graduation requirements.

If the existing knowledge library does not provide answers to questions, issues can be escalated to the Church’s Global Service Department for further assistance.

Community Forum

The S&I Help Center’s knowledge library is supplemented by a community forum where users can connect with peers and collaborate to find solutions. The platform is a place to share experiences and inspiring stories, ask questions, and offer suggestions on improving S&I tools and applications.

Participants must follow a community code of conduct to maintain a positive and supportive environment on the forum. Moderators will help uphold this policy.

“This type of endeavor hasn’t been tried in this way before,” said Becky Scott, an S&I associate administrator. “We believe that by creating a forum of collaboration and sharing, we will all be able to work together better, to assist the Lord in hastening His work.”

The knowledge repository and community content will continue growing as the S&I community engages with the platform.

You can access the S&I Help Center at SI-Help.ChurchofJesusChrist.org using your Church account log-in credentials.
