President Camille N. Johnson

President Camille Neddo Johnson was sustained as Relief Society General President for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on April 2, 2022. Her service will begin on August 1, 2022. Until then, she will continue in her role as Primary General President, which she has held since April 2021.

President Johnson was born in Pocatello, Idaho. She married Douglas R. Johnson on July 31, 1987. They have three children.

She graduated from the University of Utah in 1985 with a bachelor’s degree in English, followed by a law degree in 1989.

President Johnson has served in numerous Church callings, including Sunday School and Relief Society teacher, member of a ward Relief Society and Primary presidency and ward Young Women president. She and her husband served as companion and mission president in the Perú Arequipa Mission from 2016 to 2019.

President Johnson has worked as a lawyer for more than 30 years, most recently for the Snow Christensen & Martineau law firm.
