Elder Carlos A. Godoy, General Authority Seventy, and his wife, Mônica, will adress young adults at a Worldwide Devotional on Sunday, May 5.
Elder and Sister Godoy have recently taught about strengthening our family relationships, staying connected to the Lord through personal revelation, and the blessings of being a covenant-keeping disciple of Jesus Christ.
Elder Godoy was sustained to serve as a General Authority Seventy on April 5, 2008. He has been a member of the Presidency of the Seventy since March 2018. Elder Godoy will be released from serving in the Presidency of the Seventy on August 1 and will continue serving as a General Authority Seventy. As a couple, Elder and Sister Godoy served as mission leaders over the Brazil Belém Mission.

Young adults are encouraged to attend local viewings with friends and later discuss how to live the principles learned about during the devotional.
