Young Men President Steven Lund Visits Youth at FSY in Argentina

Young Men General President Steven J. Lund of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints visited a 2024 For Strength of Youth (FSY) session in Argentina in mid-January.

“You will make the best friends of your life here,” President Lund told youth during his visit. Listing other benefits of attending the conference, he said, “You will meet leaders who will help you find yourself and the Savior. Jesus Christ comes to these events; His spirit is very active among those who come seeking to improve their lives.”

What Is FSY?

For the Strength of Youth (FSY) conferences are five-day events that include activities, devotionals and classes designed to help strengthen faith in Jesus Christ and provide opportunities for youth to grow spiritually, socially, physically, and intellectually. These events have been held extensively outside the United States and Canada for several years and are modeled after Brigham Young University’s Especially for Youth (EFY) conferences.
