The Church on Twitter

A post on the LDS Media Talk blog today lists the official Mormon Twitter accounts of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints:

The Church first used Twitter in 2007 and now uses multiple channels to reach a variety of audiences with content from various Church departments and Web sites. Twitter provides an instant communications channel that makes it easy for others to share content from the Church with their own audiences. Mormons have been very active in using Twitter to share their faith, even to the point where the Church's general conference has been a top trend on Twitter.
