The manual “Come, Follow Me—For Home and Church: Doctrine and Covenants 2025 supports gospel learning and scripture study for individuals and families at home. It also serves as the curriculum for Primary, Sunday School, Young Women classes and Aaronic Priesthood quorum meetings.

The 2025 “Come, Follow Me” curriculum begins on Monday, December 30, 2024, and study resources are available digitally now on ComeFollowMe.ChurchofJesusChrist.org and in the Gospel Library app (see the Home section for a quick link to “Come, Follow Me”).

Below is a list of materials that can supplement the study of the Doctrine and Covenants at home and at church. (See also the Instructions for Curriculum 2025.)

2025 Doctrine and Covenants Learning Resources

  • “Insights from the Apostles” teaching videos. Each month, a new video featuring a member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles will be embedded in the digital “Come, Follow Me” lessons in 24 languages. A video by Elder Patrick Kearon is part of the January 6-12 outline; see Elder Dieter F. Uchtdorf’s video in the February 3-9 lesson.
  • “People, Places and Events.” Each lesson in “Come, Follow Me” links to relevant Church History resources for more in-depth study. (This resource is also found in Gospel Library, select Church History).
  • “Saints: The Standard of Truth, Volume 1, 1815-1846.” The first volume of “Saints” tells the story of the Restoration, beginning in 1815 with Joseph Smith’s childhood, and concludes with Latter-day Saints worshipping in the Nauvoo Temple in 1846 before their exodus west.
  • Doctrine and Covenants Stories. This resource to help children study the Doctrine and Covenants has been updated and is available digitally in 68 languages, with videos in 26 languages. The print version in English will be available in early 2025, with other languages to follow mid-year.

2025 Curriculum Materials by Audience

Individuals and Families

Families and individuals are encouraged to study the scriptures more at home using the manual “Come, Follow Me—For Home and Church: Doctrine and Covenants 2025.” Leaders and members may order additional copies of the manual at store.ChurchofJesusChrist.org. Where possible, members are encouraged to access “Come, Follow Me” digitally at ComeFollowMe.ChurchofJesusChrist.org and in the Gospel Library app.

Primary (Every Sunday)

All Primary classes will learn from the same “Come, Follow Me—For Home and Church: Doctrine and Covenants 2025” lesson manual. Nursery classes will continue to use “Behold Your Little Ones: Nursery Manual.” Additional Resources for Teaching Children are helpful for both home and in-class learning. Primary singing time will focus on music supporting the scriptures children study in their classes.

Sunday School (1st and 3rd Sundays)

The Sunday School manual for adults and youth is “Come, Follow Me—For Home and Church: Doctrine and Covenants 2025.”

Instruction and discussion should help class members understand and apply the doctrine studied in the scriptures during the previous week.

Elders Quorum and Relief Society (2nd and 4th Sundays)

Elders quorum and Relief Society meetings will focus on messages from the most recent general conference (see “Learning from General Conference”). Conference talks can be found in print or online in the May and November issues of the “Liahona” magazine. They are also available in the General Conference section of the Gospel Library app or Church website.

Young Women and Aaronic Priesthood (2nd and 4th Sundays)

Come, Follow Me—For Home and Church: Doctrine and Covenants 2025.” See also Learning and Teaching Helps and Videos for Aaronic Priesthood and Young Women.

The 2025 theme is “Look Unto Christ,” based on the scripture “Look unto me in every thought; doubt not, fear not” (Doctrine and Covenants 6:36). See videos, download songs from the theme album and more at Youth.ChurchofJesusChrist.org.

Seminary

In 2025, Seminary students will also study the Doctrine and Covenants and follow the “Come, Follow Me” schedule. Seminary Doctrine and Covenants materials will be available on the Course Materials page and in the Gospel Library.

Register youth for seminary and keep track of their enrollment and progress at mySeminary.churchofJesusChrist.org. Instructions and forms are available here.

Ordering Print Materials

The Church will no longer automatically send printed lesson manuals to units free of charge. Congregation leaders can order print materials for members who want them, or members can order copies for themselves at store.ChurchofJesusChrist.org. Materials in audio format, braille and large print are also available.
